How do I get more than 1 ship in the water at any one time ?

I had the need to add another ship to my fleet (i.e. have 2 in the waters...) but when I tried to deploy a second one I got a message saying I had already one....

I remember being able to have as many ships I wanted and I do have read posts from people saying that have more than 1 ship.

Yet, how do I get more than one in the waters ?

Exactly. This was added with the new booster pack. Anyone with more than one boat in the water now has either:

1.) Had them in the water since before the publish.
2.) Has more than one account.

You can have multiple boats out on one account. You only have to use different chars for them. Actually i have three boats out with the same account: one tokuno ship for questing and two old ones for special purposes.

What you can do, however, is set your ships to guild rights and have another of your characters place that's in the same guild.

or use two accounts to get them out one at a time per character and don't make anyone except the placer captain.
