How can you buy a soulstone to use?

Returning player after 5 years so forgive the noobie questions

. I would like to get a soulstone and I see on the UO store they sell a "legacy token". Can that be used to buy a soulstone (not a fragment, a full soulstone). If not what token name would I look for to get?

Yes that can be used for a soulstone, or if you have and vet rewards you can get one from the first year catagory.

Thanks! I used my last vet reward on a soulstone but would like to have 2. You can have more then one correct?
