My apologies - I completely forgot about the reduced weight. I was thinking the issue was the arrows and bolts being insured/blessed so they aren't lost (hence the death comment). If your issue is weight, you're probably carrying too much other stuff.quivers reduce the weight of arrows and bolts so why not keeping all arrows and bolts in quivers??
