How about Alacrity Scrolls for Ilshenar Champ Spawns?

I understand the desire to keep power scrolls as rewards for Felucca spawns, but I would like to see a better benefit to doing Ilshenar Champ Spawns. While you might not have to deal with reds, you will have to deal with paragons which inevitably arise with such a large spawn of creatures. So rather than granting power scrolls, why not grant alacrity scrolls as the reward for slaying the Ilshenar champions. What do the rest of you think?
