The publish notes for Izumo mention that housing database gets turned back on this week. It seems some houses are in decay that shouldn't be. They advise players to message them if this happens.

KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR HOUSES AND THOSE OF YOUR FRIENDS THIS WEEK!

I have found at least one house on a prodo shard I believe should not be in decay. there was discussion on siege last night of a few others. Let's watch out for each other in case of another IDOCalypse. ;)
