Housing Resizing seems to be working fine- Live shard

Okies i have read some bad reports about this....However...I found it very simple and very easy and very safe to resize even the biggest of houses in the game....

So i was lucky enough to place a keep on a castle spot on Europa( slight brag - but hey iam THP! ) ...Anyway decided today to go for broke!! and test the resize for the big daddy!!

Simply to stand under the sign and say the magic words '' i wish to resize my house''.....Do NOT just demolish....

You then get a flash warning board about the fact u are demolishing your house and any stuff will fall to the ground if u have not emptied it and the 7 day timer will apply if it applies to u!! and that u will get 1 hours grace to replace and resize your house and nobody else can place on it...

So my keep dropped!! and only grass could be seen !!

Bare in mind i only placed this keep yesterday so was not ''7 dayed'' ...this is a miss conception with a lot of people...You can place- demolish- place - demolish - place- etc, etc, and u will not be penalized- only when u buy a house do u get ''7 day timed'' penalty!!!!

Anyways the tool does now get hot!! if u keep shooting like a machine gun..if it goes hot u have to wait a few minutes before trying again....alas just take your time with the new placement...dont machine gun the tool!!! u've got a full hour and u know that nobody else can place on your space in that time...

Also its a good idea to mark your old plot with a black pearl reagent on each corner just incase u have to revert back to your original size !!!

After 5 attempts with the tool and a big sweaty brow the big boy appeared before my eyes, !!

Thanks devs!! for making this a very safe and easy way to upgrade the size of your house, i can recommend it to anyone. This is a vast improvement to the olde way were u would have to plainy just drop your house and hope nobody came by while u did so.

Let me understand... you placed a castle in place of your keep? And there is a new way to upgrade.... (sorry, I've been gone for a while.. gone but kept active accounts for about a year.)

Yes u can now safely resize your house without fear of anyone stealing your land!! very easy and very safe..another masterstoke by the devs!!

Hey theres heaps of players reading this !!! sitting on medium houses that will go the max1818s or big towers that sit on keep spots and even players with keeps that sit on crazy castle spots!!

This is a very safe and easy way to resize your house to the max of land around it...very very awesome addition....

Be carefull. I attempted resizing a house that I placed a few days ago. For the first half hour I kept getting a message telling me that I need to wait 92 hours before I can place. For some reason after a half hour it let me place. If I would have been click crazy, I could have locked myself out.

Well i have had no problems with house resizing and have helped another player resize his meduim to a 18x18..AGAIN VERY EASILY..ONCE HE HAD EMPTIED HIS STUFF OUT...

You should never get 7 day timer unless u have actually bought a house in the last 7 days, IF U HAVE LIVED IN THE HOUSE FOR AGES THEN NO PROBLEMS...and if u have placed it within the last 7 days u can resize,demolish,resize ,demolish etc etc....
***Only buying a house starts the active 7 day timer***

FoF ...There is a problem if u have a moving crate in your house, this will go puff!!! if u dont empty it it first...Alas i would always recomend moving all your good stuff to bank boxes or freinds houses ,before u demolish first anyways, and make sure u check your moving crate too.
