Housing Problem help?

Ok so I worked my loyalty up to noble and I placed a house in near the gargoyle city and now when I try to customize it says i need to purchase the expansion pack to place tiles! what gives? I have the SA upgrade !
anyone else having this problem?

if you're trying to use shadow or crystal and your account isn't enabled for 9th anniversary collection that's the trouble... if it's the new tiles, dunno

You might want to try it on TC1 as a Gargoyle and see if you get the same problem.

On second thought, if you are a Natural Gargoyle .... then forget what I said
