(Question) Housing availability

I'm seriously considering dropping a house on another shard and placing one on GLs. I'd be moving a few chars over too. Are there any 18x18 spots available (or at least max secures) in Malas, Tokuno, or Trammel on Great lakes?

The FCB FishMarket has a green rune book that frequently has runes to them.

I spent some time running around Trammel and Malas yesterday. I found house spots, but nothing I thought would fit a max storage plot.
Where is the FCB house so I can look at the runebook?
