House Transfer with Vendors?

I have a House with Vendors (Commison-Vendors).
Can i transfer this to a char on my other account, or have i to dismiss the vendors?

I believe only rented-out vendors can remain in a house during transfer.

A house owner's vendors, steward, personal assistant, barkeeps, and such should be removed when transferring to another toon on another account.
Rental vendors will stay, but their contracts might be changed by the new owner so people with rental vendors need to check on that.
Mannequins will also stay.
