house quest timer resets?

when does it reset? at server up or 24 hours from the last time u last did it?

lets say i do the quest today at 7 pm. Do i have to wait til 7 pm tomorrow or at server up to do the quest again?

reason im asking is cuz I did it last night about 7ish & today Im getting u can only do it once a day message & I havent done it yet today
