Ok so we've got a update on the servers and fixed a few 'issues' with the clean up...

Cept now the house placement tools no-longer work. I double click and... nothing. Can this be fixed ASAP please!

Confirmed, just logged in on siege and I noticed the same issue, I use them often to check how much gold I have in my bank.

Thats a good point, could a dev please tell us what the eta on house decay is please.

As recently as last week people were having trouble linking accounts. I think that decay should continue to be turned off for a while.

Yes that may be true, nynyve. If that is the case then they need to get accounts fixed. The wait is getting really ridiculous.

The whole bloody migration is a disaster. They could have made it easy but instead screwed it up. I feel for the DEV's and the Mythic team as they are the ones dumped on to clean up the mess. How they screwed it up is beyond me as any half decent programmer can write a database conversion program. But what is really unforgivable is the complete lack of care shown towards EA's own customers. There is NO reason why anyone has lost accounts/characters/houses as there are backups that can be checked. Its just they dont, it could be fixed in a week and all would be well.

But eh thats outside of the UO Team's hands so back to what they can do...

Was about to ask why not use the insurance menu as that tells you but siege wont have said menu.

WHAT?! "Lack of care" I got my 1 use pigment bottle, didn't you?

I like to keep what the Dev's do and what crap EA throw up seperate. the migration is EA's masterplan (fail...) and the pigments were a quick way to try to apease the community (kinda worked, those with pigments get a couple or three mil apiece now).

Did they break something with the patch? I am not able to get the house placement tool to work. Even went and bought a new one... still nothing. Tried 2 different accounts and the tool doesn't do anything.
