House placement question .... 7 day timer

Hi all,

I placed a home "by mistake" and would like to place in another location instead. I get the "Must wait 7 days" message when trying to place in the new location. I have since placed the home in the location I want with my newly reactivated 2nd account. Is there any way of transferring the home without having to wait the 7 days ? Could I demolish the house on account 1, run over to the new house and have account 2 transfer it to account 1? Or am I destined to wait out the week before allowing transfer/placement?

Found an answer fer ya :

Note that when you place a house, the 7-day rule applies, and you cannot place or acquire another house for a week, unless you drop your house, ...

So sound like if you were to drop the house 1 on acct 1, you could indeed go to house 2, and transfer from acct 2 to acct 1, without having to wait for the timer ... at least that's how I read it ...

I believe that the timer is only bypassed when dropping and replacing. I think the timer is still in effect if you drop and try to receive another house.
So you should drop the house on acct 1, move the char on acct 1 to the location of the house that acct 2 placed, drop the house with acct 2, and replace with account 1.
If by some chance the house that acct 1 has is full of items, get some packs and load them up before dropping the house on acct 1.
