Hotkeys for PvM+PvP (UOA + client)

Hey all!

Back from a long break and need some advice, mainly on hotkeys/macros for targeting. I'dont really remember how I used to set that up.. Been doing a bit of freeshard time where Razor had so many options it feels like cheating, and I can't seem to find anything that feels really good now.

For targeting enemies with client, it seems that I can choose from next/previous/nearest
- mobile
- hostile
- object
- etc..

None of this seems to suit what I'm looking for.. Hostile will only target enemies that targeted me first (or?). Nearest works for PvM most of the time since I can just run up to whatever I want to target (though inconvinient for archer/mage). Next seems to random since among a group of enemies, I could have to cycle for a bit to fetch the right one. I can kind of deal with this in PvM, but no way in PvP. I then use "attack selected target" to slap whatever i have on target.

My questions are

1. How do you guys set up your targeting macros/hotkeys?

2. Can you give me a rough overview how you setup your spell/skill/pot/special move etc. hotkeys? With my necro mage it's so much I need a second keyboard...

Hoping this one will turn into a rewarding discussion for everyone!

I got one key for select nearest hostile, and the a second key for attack selected target, so I just need to press 1 and then 2, wait till it is dead (or do whirlwind or AI or doublestrike) and repeat.
If I am the initiator of an attack I try to dblclick the target closest to me and select through that....

Macros for cycle through mobiles, and target selected mobile
Also typically use anatomy to store last target and another macro for attack last
For potions I have drink cure in UOA assigned to the same key as drink heal/cast heal in UO so that it automatically tries to drink a cure before i heal. (You wont use the potion unless you are poisoned anyway)
If you use bladed weapons you can also "Use Item in Hand" to get a target up while invis.

Nice one on the option setup!

I think there is a "set last target" also, which shouldn't unhide you. I'll have to check on that one though.
