** Dye merchants in Meridian and Sanctum are currently disabled pending future hotfix.

GENERAL
* Increased frequency of zone events in zones beyond Scarwood Reach.
* Archon: Burning Purpose should no longer be able to proc damage on the caster.
* Crafting Daily Quests can not be fulfilled with augmented items or items you've sold to a merchant.

* Charmer's Caldera - Expert: Fixed Caelia the Stormtouched using Wild Lightning when she wasn't supposed to. - not fixed!
