Hot Keys missing

Hi,
I am running UO on Vista. After upgrading to SA, the Classic version, I am hainving difficulties with hot keys. When I log on a couple of my chars their hot keys are missing or different and anything that I have on the screen such as spell are also gone.
Did something happen to the char folder and is there a way to fix this problem?
