They've made it differently, but I assure you it's there - and for proof, you can go to Moonglow in game, and poke it with a stick.

Actually: I rebuilt the Garden

I built it as part of the decorations for the Moonglow Grand Palio. I cleaned up the rest of the decorations but left the Garden in place.

The reason it doesn't look exactly like before is; I just don't have access to all the items that were originally used. So I had to make due with what I did have.
