Yes, there is a macro you can make with the UO macros (UOA not required) to bring up a targeting cursor so you can Honor your opponent.
Click on Options on your paperdoll then click on the macro tab (bottom tab on left hand side of the gump). Under "Actions" scroll down until you reach "Use Virtue" then select it. In the corresponding "Status" field, scroll down to Honor (only 3 of the virtues come up as an option) then select that. A 2 key macro is strongly suggested as there is a conflict with Last Target that will cause you to embrace your own Honor under the right circumstances. Once this is set, when you use the macro a targeting cursor will come up just as if you'd double clicked on the virtue gump itself.
