Can a charecter be transfered to siege off a diffrent shard??

Would love to play on siege but hate the thoughts of starting all over again from scratch.

If you all want players to play siege then adding another char slot would be a great start, if you have to start all over again then it would be nice to start with a crafter of sorts to supply your armour wether it being leather or plate, then work your way up from there.

Characters from other shards cannot be transfered to Siege. We have been told by the devs that Siege doesn't have the coding for that. We are, however, working on the possibility of a 2nd character slot for Siege players and it also looks like Advanced Characters will soon be available on SP!

We are currently working with the producer of UO on some minor changes that can be implemented quickly and looking forward to some major changes to Siege this fall.

Starting over can make a lot of new friends. Regardless to what you may have heard... Not all of us "eat" newbies as a snack. There are some really fine folks here on Siege.

But starting all over again is the fun part! Well...cept for skill gain. Thats dreadfully boring to me since I gmed all the skills like 10 years ago.

I honestly don't think insta skill gates wouldn't take anything away from the game... I may stand alone on that.

I am all for implementing Blackrock Skill Gain throughout the shard or select locations. Someone had the idea of adding those type gains to the Anti-Virtue dungeons a while back. The T2A area and those dungeons would be nice!

I'm all for canning that idea until playing the shard becomes more fun.

Devs wasting time on crap like this when Advance Tokens do a much better job at propelling characters forward (since you know... BR skill gain benefits established siege players more than new ones.)

The players already here don't want to play this game. So outside of advanced char tokens, lets not focus any more on bringing anyone else here until we can get the people already here wanting to log in and play again.
