I am so sick of not being able to express thoughts on the subject at hand. It seems to me that stratics is going back to its roots. Good ol Nazi post deleting ways. I am just gonna call Mag, Jean Luc.

And since i never did get to express my thoughts for Jean Luc becuase he cried like a little baby when Alex did not give him his way. You are a terrible Mod Jean Luc aka Mag and you are running this forum into the ground. We(supr) finally got this forum going again after being dead for a long time and now your killing it congrats! Now you can Mod nothing.

P.S if you didnt know Jean Luc he pretty much deleted every post anyone posted.

See that thing up there named FAQ? The link leads to the rules for Stratics forums, by signing up you agreed to play by these rules.

Once again, I don't care who you are and how big your guild or circle of friends is, rules are the same for everyone.

Language is a wonderful thing, you can say the same thing in dozens of different ways, too bad some people insist on the agressive/insulting way, obscenities and such.

If you want to insult people so badly you can try OT-NHB forum.

do what the folks on ATL did, they said screw the nazi mods and made their own independent forum for the shard and it has over 20 times more posts per day(atl averages 1-5 per day)

Yes, they made their own community forums, it was set-up mostly by their roleplaying community. Catskills, Europa and some other shards also have their own forums.

I agree, not only this mod but a couple mods are ruining stratics. They pick and pick over the stupidest sh*t. Then when you do something on accident, they give you hella points and suspend you for a couple days with no warning.

Its dumb as hell.

Oh please. Suck it up, princess(es). I was here a lot when Jean Luc was modding, and heck, I was even banned by him once (and at least once by Assia as well), and they were far from being jerks most of the time. I agree that Jean Luc had a tendency to be arrogant and pompus, but for the most part, he was fair. He didn't go around deleting every post. In fact, it was very few. What he did do what enforce the rules. He enforced the rules that we all agreed to.

I agree with Mag in this aspect. To me it doesn't matter what SUPR did to these forums. I couldn't care less if you *think*you brought back people to them. Fact is, people came here to fight and argue because they knew there was a lack of moderation on the forums at the time, and they knew they could get away with fighting and calling each other names.

Now you're all being watched, and you're all upset that you can't get away with the screaming, accusing others of cheating, calling people names, and generally going off on the tangents that a lot of you are so happy spiel.

Get over yourselves. You accepted the rules when you signed up for the forums. Don't like it? Don't post!

I agree with Duke Winter on this. The Pacific forums were very inactive in the past, there were no mods, there were no reporters and everything completely just went haywire. But since the forums are more active again, we need the mods, we need the reporters, and we need to keep them active as well, and hire new ones when needed. But we're going to have to enforce rules, as some people do not like to see the garbage that has been posted on here in the past, otherwise there will be no new blood, we will never see a Pacific community again and it will never flourish.

I mean, you guys seriously do not want to see the way the forum was before am I right? Inactive, full of ranting, trash talk, flaming, gold sellers and spammers. That basically described Pacific, but things are NOW changing and they are changing for the better of the community.

ha, oh man duke what a waste of my time you are.... Thanks for attacking my grammar.

I just sort of typed it really fast and signed out because i was studying for one of the many exams i have coming up this week. I didn't want my study group to see what i was doing. soooooo, sorry if i "digusted" you in making one mistake, I hope your IQ that is probably around 73-78ish isn't hurt to much.

P.S don't call me junior, lol.. just sounds weird.

Becoming? This thread was pointless to begin with. The rules aren't going to change, and this was a pointless thread aimed at blasting a stratics admin.

And in defense of myself, arguing with me isn't pointless if you know how to express an intelligent thought. I'll often show more respect to people with views different from mine when they can at least express them without resorting to name calling and using pointless comments to begin with. In the case of someone just wanting to call me a kid...well, I don't have to get into that. As a final thought, my spelling (which is what it was, not grammar) isn't good because I know how to spell, it's good because I take two seconds to use the spell check feature on Firefox. Tricks with firefox FTW.
