Hmm anyone lagging in game at this sec?

I ping 18 to atlantic server no packet loss. But today same ping results but can't move in game.

I notice when i see atl on the login screen it is sayong over 500 ms

Anyone else? But when i go to the command prompt and ping atl still 18 ms.
