HLD on gargoyle mace and shields

It doesn't appear the 30% hit lower defense works on gargoyle mace and shield glasses.

I hit my other char for a few minutes and never had the defense has been lowered message



I have to wodner if anything on glasses works then?

Tested this with a garg dexer with mace and shield glasses.

In classic client, the message never showed for the HLD going off
In enhanced client, no message either and in the character sheet the DCI numbers never changed.

Switched to a weapon with HLD and that part is working on a garg character. Seems like its specific to the last batch of convertible garg items.

Whoa... This would be bad if it is indeed not working. I have a PvM garg wraith thrower that is wearing a pair of those glasses. It makes me wonder if the FCR 3 is working on my garg mage's Night Eyes.

yeah we noticed the HLD dosent work, we tested the DCI and they seemed to work but they werent the greatest tests

obsidian fcr should be one of the easiest things to test, should try it and let us know
