(Question) History of This Wizard Hat (Blessed)

Came across this today, curious as to the history of it and whether it could possibly be enhanced. Afraid to try anything on it. Let me know what you know, please!

I believe it used to raise stats or something..if I recall correctly it was a good way to train healing, but I've been known to be wrong :/

You are correct: +5 Int -5 on Str and Dex, so it was more an item to boost your int/mana in a situation where the other two stats were not needed.....Since I started out as a scribe selling my recall scrolls at Brit bank I used it regularly....back when this game was starting up.

Why would anyone use a bless deed on a 100 gold item?

Thanks all for the info. Yes am curious as to the CBD and whether you could still CBD such an item that has stats...I would guess not.
