Hiryu, rare or not?

I have an ice green Hiryu in my stables, not a lesser.
Now I know it is not exactly a common color, but how rare is it?

Besides this, I would like to know how to figure out if it's prepatch or not, any ideas on this?

The Ice Green is 0.93% chance, somewhat but not extremely rare.

I have no idea what "pre-patch" means. What is different about a pre-patch Hiryu?

Just saying, there are a lot of rumors about pre-patch tames. Some are actually true, but most are not. If it's a secret, then it's probably not true.
