High Seas Booster Product Features

I noticed today when looking at the product features for the High Seas Booster Pack on the UO Game Code Store that it has absolutly no mention of increasing Fishing to 120 or the addition of Fishing Power Scrolls.

I know this information was posted several times by the developers leading up to the release of High Seas? Was the Fishing skill cap increase and Fishing Power Scrolls intentinally left off the stores list of "Product Features" so we could not call customer service and ask for a refund of our money because the product is missing a Key component and broke.

If we go by the current listing of Product Feratures on the store website---I guess we should be thankfull that we have 105 Fishing Power Scrolls!

Yes it was unclear if they had even put them in.
We know they put 105 in and 110 in ... but maybe no real way of getting them

I think those product features are a summary of the Publish 68 notes. So, it is not there since Publish 68 notes doesnt mention it. Also, for the refund, the site has this warning just before product features:

Please Note: All purchases of Ultima Online™: High Seas Booster Pack are FINAL. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED.

I checked Ultima Online: High Seas - UOGuide, the Ultima Online encyclopedia where it is mentioned:

Fishing Power Scrolls are being added to raise the Fishing skill cap to 120

I remember adding that after watching the town hall presentation.
