I origionally went to Mythic Entertainment | Ultima Online | Play the 14-Day Free Trial!
and clicked the High Sea's Buy Now link on the right side of the page. It brought me to the EA Store then looked for the High Sea's Booster (was on page 2 of all the different Games for sale) and found it. Possibly you can get to the Sale price that way.

*edit... the 3 upgrades in question were used on some of my accounts and I wanted a refund since.

Just upgraded a 5th account. Worked smoothly. Received the email with the code in about one second and immediately applied it to an account.

It tells you what the code you entered is for and it shows the account name you are asking to apply it to, with a "confirm" button to click.

I then logged in to double check that the storage upgrade had been applied and indeed it had.
