Man, people dont have vendors like the used to. Ive been running around EVERYWHERE trying to find a vendor selling 5,67,8 lvl scrolls to fill my spellbook. I have had many people offer me a full spellbook but the one i have is 15% LRC. anyone have a vendor?

You could always get a full spellbook just to carry around and equip your 15% LRC since it has to be equipped to get its use and it wouldn't matter however I'm sure a scribe out there can help you out.
