High Laff, 6 gag-track Guests?

How is it possible that a toon with 100+ laff and six gag tracks be running around gaining points "over guest limit"? Is this someone who once was paying to play and has stopped paying, thus reverting to guest status? I have noticed more of them playing in street battles these days. Something about this situation seems a little unfair to me....

yes i think i know what your talking about-
i was recently one of them...in the old days:scholar:i left toontown in early 2006 cuz i played it so much i just got burnt-out...
then when you had your free trial you could just keep going w/o what's called a "guest limit"
and if you were in a free trial you could also go into buildings.

-eventually they'll subscribe again cuz they don't wanna lose their time into it
-hope this helps

hat is correct. they once were paying customers that no longer wish to pay. They don't have the same options as the rest of the paying customerssuch as they can not go into buildings, fight bosses, go into the factory or get their level 7 gags back. once they use it it is gone forever unless they pay again. This is why you see them running the streets.

I don't think guest can go into buildings outside of TTC. I have a guest friend who has 5 gag tracks. She cannot go into any building that I've ever tried to get her into. Yesterday I did buildings in DD and MM and she couldn't get in. She kept saying Sorry I can't. Let's go to TTC.
I have read that guests cannot even buy gags at other gag shops, only the one in TTC. They can go into the hqs and battle cogs but they cannot go into the factories, mints, etc. They are pretty much limited to do battle on the streets anywhere, HQs, and buildings in TTC. I have to find it on TT where it says exactly what guests can and cannot do.
Here is what I found from TT website:
:What is a Free Account?

A:A Free account to Toontown Online includes the following benefits:

One Toon to create and personalize
Access to the Toontown Central neighborhood and playground
Access to limited quests
Limited access to six fully-themed neighborhoods and playgrounds
Limited access to four Cog HQs
A Toon house for your Toon
A limited assortment of cartoon gags to use on robot Cogs
Limited access to racing karts, pet Doodles, and fishing

Notice is says limited access to all pgs and neighborhoods except TTC which gives you full access. You can also golf with a free account.

You cannot make a horse, monkey, or bear on a free account either. There is now a limit to one free toon per account. It used to be 2 toons and those with two toons prior to April 2008 could keep that second toon. If you delete it after that, you cannot make another in that spot. Any new accout after April 2008 will only allow you to create one free toon.
