Well it's pretty clear on his rules page... "The normal 10 minute rule will apply. The auction for that individual item will continue until ten minutes elapses with no further bids. The timestamp on the forum posts will be the deciding timer"

Aye, that's the standard 10-minute rule. It's intended to prevent bid sniping. If it simply moved the end time to a hard 9:10, then all that would happen is everyone would try to snipe at 9:09:59, instead of at 9:00:59.

And what were saying is that ALL auction on stratics follow the same 10 minute rule but again if you feel like you might have won an item then msg @BrianFreud, there's no point to keep ranting like this on the thread...

The 10 minute rule is simple if you know how it actually works. If there is a bid within the last 10 minutes of an auction then the auction gets extended by 10 minutes *from the time of the last bid*. So a bid at 8:54 extends the auction to 9:04. You bid after 9:04 so your bid was not valid.

It's not hard to remember, but unfortunately some people run their 10 minute rules differently because they don't understand the purpose of it.
