In that client, you can set your object handles to show all objects, just corpses,and just mobs.
You can also set how many to display. go check out the new client forums under command lines. cause you can macro switching them all. In short, its fixed.

Those areas are normally caused by shard-specific decorations. Ask anyone about the WBB lag.

Just a case of, EM decoration, Although you can't pick it up, It's still highlightable.
