Herald Currently Unavailable

Hi all,

Just wanted to post here as some of you may have seen that the Herald is currently unavailable. We're looking into the cause of this issue and will resolve it as soon as possible.

Cause = bad webhost

Solution = get a real host or host yourself.


Should I be incorrect and you do host yourself that is just pitiful. It's pitiful regardless but...

Yep. UO Herald is down, and the Enhanced Client won't start, which means it can't contact the patch server... Maybe EA laid off Mythic's servers...

If you go to your UO directory and click on the UOSA icon you can log in! the patcher seems to be having problems for the EC ATM!

This isn't too far from the truth http://www.camelotherald.com/ isn't working either.

Man us UHallers can be harsh sometimes cant's we? It's true though. The communication of late has been dismal.

Well 'harsh' is by adding to it that EIGHT of those twelve posts were in a three day period in the beginning of December (12.01.09, 12.02.09, 12.03.09). So, if you exclude those three days, he has done four posts. That's basically one post EVERY OTHER WEEK. Again, stellar job.
