nah, the devs have always called SC/FC1 stuff FC2, and SC no -fC stuff SC FC1...it confuses the hell out of people every single time they list items like that..the reason is that it "is" FC2...but the spell channeling property forces a extra unlisted fc -1 penalty. Confusing but yeah, I don't feel like digging through years of posts and news but we've had this discussion on stratics before....many many times.
Ya, I understand that, but I did look thru the old patch notes for things like the Arcane shield, and the swords of Prosperity, and I can find no reference to a fc2 (except the Ornament of the magician) property anywhere. All that is left now are the screen shots of the items. Perhaps that is what the dev team should do going forward, to avoid confusion with the player base, that is used to looking at the items in game.
