Help with Discordance

Since the stratics forums are down i cant remember what to disco to raise skills. I am at 36 now and not sure what to disco to get to 70. can some one help

yeah i was gonna say, use the charts on the skill pages on stratics, disco stuff slighlty above your level.
trying to remember, but i think i did like small stuff around glow at that level, til about 45 or so, then move over to the ice island and do snow leopards, add polars at 50, add white wolfs at 60

also Gamans.... gamans at around 45+ will take you to 70 also....everything was slow for me it seemed tho, im at 89 now
