Help Please

Iam trying to upgrade one of my accounts with the 7th char slot. I can log in to my uo account an check my chars out but when i go to upgrade. The password dont work.


Also when i click on the link for a password it get a message in red thats say Certificate error There is a problem with website,s Security Certificate..

Now i know that iam not the sharpest pencil in the box, But this just does not look right to me.

Is there an other way for me to get this done without the uo website?

one thing i noticed about the account managmen site is it HATES when you hit enter while logging in. Maybe you could try actually clicking the login button if your not already?

if that doesnt work i have no idea, contact customer service?
