help me make this archer suit

ok so i just started playing again a few weeks ago on a new account. i'm almost finished with my ABC archer. i think my skills are going to look something like this:

95 archery (+20 from HH = 115)
110 tactics
110 bushido (unsure)
100 anatomy
100 healing
100 chivalry (unsure)
110 resist

i know this adds up to 725 but i'm still trying to figure out exactly what i'm going to do

now, what i'm trying to figure out is how to craft my chest, legs, neck, arms and hands with the following stats: 7LMC/2MR/8SI/8MI with resists totalling 65+ in each overall, including my hunter's headdress

i'll be using a comp. bow with HFA 50/HML37/HSL50/SSI30/DCI50 and i don't really want to waste space on my ring/brace with resists. i'd like to save that for DCI/HCI/SSI etc.. this ABC will mainly be for champs and blackthorns and the like.

i've been doing alot of research and i'm pretty much drawing a blank here. can you imbue special material crafted exceptional gear? (exceptional shadow iron chest, etc.) i've been bugging the few people i know with alot of questions and i'm told you can but the resists will be skewed?

is what i'm trying to achieve even possible without spending tens of mils? if it is what is the easiest/best/cheapest way to do it? certain material type? certain armor type? please help me. i'm so confused ;\

i'm really just looking for advice on how to achieve those specific stats on those specific armor pieces. i more or less have my build and whatnot figured out.

can you imbue special material crafted exceptional gear?
Yes.

i'm told you can but the resists will be skewed?
spend colored 10 ingots on a gorget and open imbuing menu near a soulforge to see how much various resists you can imbue on it (needn't regs to do it)
