The 5th stranger is supposed to be spawning there however there were some problems with it and it caused the crazy spawns you see now.
Several shards crashed when they defeated the stranger so it will need fixed before the event can continue.

A stranger spawned inside last night and it caused npcs to duplicate.. It was fun to see and fun to try and kill him. He would suspend you in the air.
