At the Lands of the Lich mini-champ, with the wailing banshees - when they do that Critical thing.
When I try to heal, Normally it just says I cannot heal in this condition. Recently, sometimes it applies, but the timer just keeps running, to near 30 seconds, Long after the health bar has returned to normal (by 15-18 seconds). At completion I'm thinking it heals as normal, but the whole thing just seems a bit odd. This normal?
