Having troubles upgrading.

Can someone direct me to email address for upgrading problems.

I've looked through UO.com and can't find anything there.

I've purchased a upgrade code but when I get to the terms and policy page in registration it times out. Tried many times.

you upgrading to mondain's legacy? I think all you have to do with an existing account is just let it patch up after you install it. once it's patched just log into your account as usual, and enjoy.
