Having trouble not sure if it's the UI

Just wanted to post this and see if anyone else is having this same issue. I'm not sure if it's a bug or just me messing up the UI. After the patch on 7/18 my mouse over is being weird. When you hover over something what it normally does is highlight it yellowish, then gives you the info. Move the mouse away it no longer is highlighted and info goes away. Now for some reason when I hover over an npc, sign, chest, or anything else it stays highlighted and the info stays with my cursor no matter where I move it. The thing I highlighted stays yellow and it is really getting in my way. It wont let me highlight anything else unless I move my mouse to the bottom of my screen on one of my hot bar items. Here is a screen shot. My mouse is all the way near the mobiles but it will always show the chest that I hovered over unless I go to my hot bar.


I tried to restart my pc. Tried to reset the UI. Regenerate my characters. Checked every setting closely but I must be missing it. I updated and patched the pincos client. I tried running the game using the UO client and Pincos launcher. Any help would be great. Sorry if this is in the wrong section I just don't know if it's a bug or me being an idiot.

there will be no fix for that, you have to wait until the new default UI is out and then I will make a new Pinco's UI.

Do you have an estimate on when this will happen? The box gets in the way of actions that require clicking.

When the final version of the client will get out, the UI will have several other problems piled up with that one. For now don't patch or if you want to play on TC, you'll have to use the default UI...

Not even a hint???? I know you have sworn secrecy so it looks like it's back to the original and barbaric UI until the release.

I'm still playing with Pinco's. Switching to default won't help. My hubby is playing the default and he has the sticky labels problem too.

find someone that still has not patched and get his uosa.exe file

Well, I haven't patched it yet, so if needed I can host my uosa.exe file on my personal server when I get home tonight so others can roll back to it.
Made a backup of it copy just to be sure too.

The file is virus free, but scanning it upon downloading is always wise.

If the devs have a problem with this, I can take the file down quickly.

Seems that they patched the EC already, so I am taking the file offline.
If the problem persists, I will bring it back up.
