well i waited till today to add my codes after entering them at wrong time on monday. one acount everything went through got my items...Second account did not work ... called ea and they then directed me to contact a gm ,the guy from ea named damieon was very helpfull and knowledgeable to the game and what was happening.Contacted gm's in game and got the pleasure of having gm Earthim. he was probably the most helpfull gm i have had to deal. He stayed right there and reset everything. till i recieved my item then he follwed me to my house to make sure i could place it in game once done he left. he responded in about 10 minutes from the GM request .
