Hatred in New Haven?

Don't know how the events are going on in other shards but I just Visited New Haven on Pac and found red Hatred NPC north of the town. It was a healer and he decided to lay the smack down on my noob rogue. Of course he offered to rez me after the kill but I declined respectfully. I guess there is finally something more challenging to kill in New Haven. Imagine the fun if a Crimson Dragon were to pop there.
