...at the encouragement of my friends who found themselves in the same situation, perhaps we're not alone, and hopefully no one else started a thread about this....

In October, not every character we logged in received a 14th anniversary ticket, and not every account received its single dye pigment on every shard even though all the receiving characters and accounts were old enough to receive them. It mostly happened if you logged onto a really old character, logged into Felucca, or on one of the Asian shards. Sometimes if you went back the next day, you would get it. GMs had no explanation other than to say it was being looked into.

Maybe I should have posted about this issue before, but I thought it would get resolved, and before you knew it, they turned off the reward system giving us these fantastic gifts. Now its happening with the holiday gift tickets. For me, just one account had 4 out of 5 characters that couldn't receive these tickets on Lake Superior even though my other account characters could. Its really weird. Is it happening to anyone else?

I must say, I think UO Team for the most part does a great job. UO has many faults some that get better, while others do not. Again I am sorry to complain about anything. Please let the flames begin.

Sometimes it takes me loggin some of my characters in a few times.

I have no idea why. But some have difficulty getting rewards.

same as Flutter.... I dont get tickets/holiday items on a bunch of characters I try to log on. Been that way for years. I always figured was cause they put a limit on them per account and I'd reached that limit with logons. Ive got full boards on most every server but probably get abt 70% of the items (provided each char gets one).

Hell, I've even lost vet rewards. Ive kept one reward choice never picked for 14yrs. I consider it my "just incase" pick. Each year when the new vet rewards are dished out your supposed to get 2 (I've been told) but for years Ive only gotten 1 (log on and my vet picks go up by 1 saying I have 2 instead of 3). I didnt even know you were supposed to get 2 till last year talking to a friend. CAL and I messaged back and forth abt it a couple times & he said he'd look into it. Pfft....... hes gone & I havent played in 6months so I aint gonna sweat the small stuff. Shame to see him go, didnt really know him well but he was always very nice & professional in my dealings with him.
