Has anyone tested Casting Focus?

Cap is 12% but one can achieve 17% with Inscription.

Has anyone tested with 17% Casting Focus? How effective is it against spells?

I have only 7% so far and only noticed a slight improvement... but I think Circle One spells still interrupted me everytime!

I wouldn't say I've particularly tested anything, but I've been using it on my Necro/Scribe/Mage since it was added. I had been running with 12 (including Scribe), but recently rebuilt with 14, I find it very useful. I don't think the circle of the spell makes any difference, as it isn't just spells it protects against.
