Has anyone looted any items like this?
It has the oldschool "Bless" mod on it.

Seems weird to me, first one I have personally seen.

yeah.. there was a post about this type of drop a few months back. I have one similar to it. the guy copied it to test and used it but I don't recall the exact details.

It's neat, I wish there were a possibility to find jewelry with teleport charges instead of bless charges.

From what I read last time @SoulWeaver posted this same thing, it occurs when all the stats (str/dex/int) are at 10 on a jewel. That's what causes the Bless charges.

It doesn't lost the actual stat on the item, but correct in a sense after the bless charges are used. Those stats do not count now. So they become worthless. I tested this hoping it would have the stats afterwards lol
