No, I've seen her since then...
But, consider....
She is the ONLY remaining in the UO version of Britannia that we can be sure of that has personally seen the Time Lord before, prior to those weird happenings where we had to find the anomalies.
She could be with him - or she could be in hiding after realizing the Time Lord we have seen is an imposter....
