Thank you every one for the birthday wishes.


It actually turned out to be a fantastic day. It has done nothing but rain and tstorm the past 4 - 5 weekends here..yet today when we woke up...first Saturday in over a month.......gorgeous sunshine, balmy temps, mild breezes and everything blooming..simply gorgeous outside..and the topper.. a gigantic full moon in the clear evening sky tonite.

Hubby actually made me a cake from scratch..usually he buys me one..it turned out perfect and all poofy fancy..even though I had visions of eggshells in me cake and flour all over the kitchen haha as he began..making me pace around till he comically looked at me and said........."oh ye of little faith a man can build a cake too ya know" hehe AND HE DID SO and it turned out great !!

He made me breakfast ..and took me out for dinner too. Kids all sent gifts so a great birthday but having the sun finally shine on a saturday after over a month of ugly wet weekends of rains... was in and of itself the greatest gift of all.


*of course our shelties have to bay at the full moon but I figure they are celebrating* hehe well they always howl at the full moon..I think they think they are part wolf.
