Agreed, I didn’t see it for myself so I am not sure. But you got a lot of one costume that a friend and I didn’t get at all.
We got:

These were from the test shard. The Halloween event is not active on our shard yet.

How do people become stone harpy and terathan matriarch? sorry for the double-post question, but i notice they did not hold a mask in hand to use these forms...

Its from the Essence stuff for collecting the Lingering Souls (red sparkles). Those are 2 other things you turn into instead of a troll. In fact I become the terathan more often then anything else.

I became a stone harpy by killing black ants (wind) and a terathan matriarch by killing the evil priests in the fire dungeon.
