Hair restyle question.

I asked this question a while back; but no one gave me an answer so im asking again.. I am a human, and I am trying to change my hair style; but when I go to new hair on the "hair stylist" vendor it only shows elven hair styles.. So could anyone help me out?

are you sure there isnt a button for Elf /Human at the bottom corner somewhere?
