I'd go to uo.com, find the guilds page, and look at some of the guild websites. A lot of guilds prefer that you apply via website.

Ni is a good one. Haven't had much experience with TDT, by Tiny Dancer has always been straight with me. Obviously, HOT/HEAT do a lot of spawns, etc. MSI has some old friends of mine. PCH has some annoying folks, but the guild master is a really good guy - very good player, too.

UWF does a lot of the new peerless and mini-champs, but they don't do the champs officially.
