Rares can be posted in any of the trade forums, not just the rares forum. It's up to the original poster to pick which forum they prefer. Sale prices for rares tend to be higher in the actual rares forum though.
Traders Hall is a general purpose forum where any type of item can be sold, including rares which also have their own additional forum. So this post is fine here.
