Is there a list for how much it costs to get a guild bank and to purchase the additional tabs?

I don't think it costs anything to make one. Not 100% on that though. Tab prices are as follows:

100g - First Tab
250g - Second Tab
500g - Third Tab
1000g - Fourth Tab
2500g - Fifth Tab
5000g - Sixth Tab

It really isn't allthat bad if you have a bigger guild with gold to donate. If. Hehe.
